About Torio

Torio is the professional network for law enforcement and security officers. Officers keep their profile, licenses and connections in one place, share what they know, and hear from the companies that hire them.

For officers

Build a professional profile, post and comment in the feed, follow hashtags about the work and connect with officers who do the same work. Your profile goes with you from job to job, and you choose who can see it. When you want a new job, set the pay, place and hours that work for you, and companies Torio has approved invite you to specific jobs. Open the Torio app or read Torio for officers.

Who Torio is for

Active law enforcement officers and everyone who has stood a post: security officers, supervisors, instructors, investigators and more. The Community Guidelines say how members treat each other.

For employers

Companies set up on Torio, build a job with clear pay, hours and requirements, and see the officers who fit. Every invitation tells officers the whole job before you ask for their time, and officers can follow your company to see its posts. Read Torio for employers or how jobs work.

What Torio stands for

  • Your information, your choice. Officers choose who sees their profile and whether employers can find them, and share contact details one invitation at a time. The Privacy Policy explains the rest.
  • Checks you can read. When Torio checks a license, it records where it was checked, when, and what the record showed. It is not a background check.
  • The whole job, up front. Pay, place, schedule and requirements come with every invitation.

Where Torio is open

Torio is opening state by state. If an officer’s state is not open yet, the Torio app says so and can email them when it opens.
