Why does Torio check my company?

So officers know an invitation comes from a real company that is allowed to hire. Messages about the check appear in your workspace, and you can prepare draft jobs while you wait. Once your company is approved, you can publish them.

Can my team use Torio with me?

Yes. Invite your team from the workspace, so the people who hire can build jobs, find officers and answer messages.

What does a license check mean?

A Torio staff member compares the license with the state’s license record and notes where and when it was checked and what the record showed. It is not a background check, a work reference or a promise that someone is right for a job.
